Method 1: Run Power troubleshooter

Since you are facing issues with the sleep and hibernate options, I would suggest you to attempt this troubleshooter. This will automatically observe common issues and fix them. To do and so, follow the steps below:

  1. Press 'Windows + W' cardinal on the keyboard.

  2. In the search box, type 'Troubleshooting', and press enter.

  3. Click on 'System and Security 'and click on 'Power' click on next to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Clean Boot

Well, thanks anyway, but I'm not confident about clean booting and having to re-set computer, specially since I'd be re-installing the aforementioned programs with the aforementioned conflicts, so I guess I'll alive with the inconvenience of having to keep signing in...... I take no idea what graphic menu model I am using. (Didn't even know I was using one.)
